Dealmaker® Pulse provides intelligent social networking for sales with instant objective deal alerts. Pulse lets you keep your ‘finger on the pulse’ of critical sales events and customer sentiment by following sales opportunities and accounts, and integrating social network feeds from Twitter and LinkedIn. Pulse is available as part of the Dealmaker Sales Performance Automation platform.

Dealmaker PulseIn Dealmaker Pulse, messages and activity from your social networks, and opportunities, accounts and users you follow, are displayed in the Pulse bar.  To follow an opportunity, you just click on the follow icon.

Pulse helps accelerate pipeline and sales velocity because it gives instant alerts on deals across the organization for professionals, managers and coaches.  Professionals know what’s happening in their accounts, and in their teams, and they can collaborate with their team members easily and securely. In their natural selling environment, as they work, Dealmaker is instantly informing them, their community is instantly informing them, and their social network is instantly informing them.

For Managers, there’s a lot of content in Dealmaker, but it’s not being used to coach.  Managers get control back by getting the information they need as it happens, and they don’t have to go and chase it.  Now they have an early warning system and they can act on it to coach their teams.
